Family man, designer, artist, teacher, music lover, and tech-head are a few of the words that could be used to describe me. Having worked as a freelance designer since 1997, I have a passion for good design and clear visual communication.

I am currently Art Director for Mercury Sports in Brentwood, Tennessee where I focus a lot of my attention on user interface design.

I have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, and a master’s degree in visual communication from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

I devoted several years to working within Nashville’s diverse music industry. Aside from freelance, I worked as Senior Designer for the Sony BMG Christian subsidiary Provident Music Group for three years, specializing in packaging and marketing design. I also have three semesters of teaching experience at the university level. I have taught upper level graphic design courses as well as electronic imaging and two-dimensional design.
